Xhulio Radi, 22, from Shkodra. He was an economics student at Luigj Gurakuqi University.

He has participated in entrepreneurship competitions and innovative events such as, “My Dream” and “Entrepreneurs Albania”.Xhulio thinks that young people need to be engaged more and there should be investments for common spaces and environments for young people. He believes that the lack of young engagement is problematic.

 He thinks that even on a youth board, entrepreneurship is a key factor which will help enable the transition from idea to reality. He wants to become to contribute to the beginning and the smooth running of this board.
