‟Happy Birthday”

Arka Youth Council together with the staff celebrated the birthday of many children of “School Orphanage 6-16 years old, Shkodra.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic it was not possible to celebrate children’s birthdays on the respective dates. In order not to lose this tradition that has been going on for several years now, ARKA went on Thursday, August 20th, and celebrated the birthdays left unchecked from March to August 20th.
