YOUTH COUNCIL ELECTIONS 2019 – Kenti Alibali, 20 years’ old.

Kenti Alibali, 20 years’ old. He has completed the 4-year cycle of Hamdi Bushati Technological High School, currently pursuing his final year in Finance-Banking, Tirana.

Active participant of the Youth Council “Arka” since 2018. His commitments to expand academically and professionally through training and workshops are numerous such as: “Youth Leadership Academy” organized by the Youth Center “Arka”, public speaking training as well as campaigning organized by the Qemal Stafa Foundation, “European Parliament Incentive” training and more recently a “Summer School” held in Cagliari, Sardine organized by IPSIA Sardine etc.

Characterized by very good leadership and coordination skills, expressive and communicative skills, innovators and visionaries, he thinks that youth should be approached with a motivational and non-critical spirit.

“Youth must be valued and supported so that they can be encouraged to expand their current capacity.”

He believes and seeks to encourage the youth of Shkodra. Therefore, he considers Youth Board “Arka” as the right place where he can contribute to the renewal of the key resource that is youth, for a healthy and life-giving society.
