Swiss students visiting ARKA

On September 9th and 10th a group of youngsters studying for the Bachelor’s Degree in “Applied Science and Arts” at the University of Lucerne, Switzerland visited Shkoder. They also visited ARKA premises and were informed about our projects. The group, made of 22 students, were very keen on learning about youth engagement and the activities we organize.
