Eva Kacerri, 18 years old , from Shkodra. Eva attended High School “28 Nëntori” in Shkodra. Eva participated in various trainings on first aid as well as in cultural activities organized by the school and charities.She thinks that the most common problems faced by young people are the lack of facilities where free activities or courses can be taken, the lack of entertaining facilities for children and the lack of employment information for young people.
