Opening of the Painting Exhibition by Migena Colaj  Migena Colaj, 15 years old, realized her first exhibition on 30 December in the premises of Arka Youth Center Koplik . Respecting the anti – Covid 19 measures, we thank everyone who partecipated. The exhibition will be open throughout the month of January. 

On December 31 with the initiative of the Arka Youth Center, Arka Youth Council and with the contribution of every citizen of Shkodra and not only, we delighted 36 children with the gifts that we prepare. We endlessly thank every person who contributed  and become part of our initiative!
